A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for customer interactions and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and Zoom applications.
Administrative Assistant role:
The administrative duties requires interaction with customers and handling their requests promptly.
Applicant must have good customer service skills in both telecommunication and emails.
Perform daily administrative duties, from upkeeping of business records, customer orders to invoicing, and service-maintenance coordination.
Able to communicate and work as a team.
Proficient with Computer and software such as, Microsoft, Google & Zoom.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
