Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will take ownership of the entire award lifecycle, from initial nomination to final announcement. This includes meticulously ensuring adherence to established criteria, proactively coordinating information requests with nominees and evaluators, and maintaining the integrity of the selection process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for award-related inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses. You will also be responsible for preparing compelling and accurate materials for the submission and evaluation stages.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive records of all meetings and activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. You will also be adept at generating reports to track progress and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support across various functions. You will contribute to the refinement of existing processes and embrace new challenges and assigned duties.
  • Provide secretarial, administrative, and logistical support for corporate meetings, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. This includes managing agendas, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning, project management, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
