IHH Healthcare recherche un responsable des dossiers médicaux pour travailler à l'Hôpital Gleneagles. Le candidat sera chargé de suivre, assembler et mettre à jour les dossiers médicaux des patients tout en assurant la confidentialité des informations. Ce poste exige un niveau GCE 'N' ou équivalent et des compétences en informatique de base, ainsi qu'une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement.

Job description

The Role

Working location: Gleneagles Hospital
Working hrs: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm On-call roster on Sat 8am to 12.30pm (once a month)
  • To be responsible for the tracking of discharged medical records and including the assembly, filing and retrieval patient medical records.
  • Staff is to also maintain accurate updating of Drug Allergy and Medical Alert data into the Hospital Information System as well as handling of requests for medical information.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all inpatient medical information and ensures that disclosure of information is in accordance with established policies and procedures and PDPC Act.

Key accountabilities

To assemble patient medical records according to the prescribed filing order.

Ensure completeness of patient medical records and timely return (based on discharge dates) from wards.

Update Supervisor of any missing documents in the course of filing/ follow up on outstanding medical records. To reconcile loose external reports to the patient file.

Ensure accurate update of drug allergy and medical allergy in the Health Information System (HIS). Maintains patient medical record movement (retrieval and return of records) in the HIS.

To handle the request for the release of medical information (eg. Email, Clinic and BO request) in accordance with established policies and procedures and PDPC Act (as required).

Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

GCE ‘N’ Level or the equivalent.
Has basic knowledge in computer usage. Experience in SAP would be advantageous.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Able to prioritize and handle different assignments.
