A leading company in the aerospace sector is seeking an administrative personnel with procurement responsibilities. This role involves managing inventory processes, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely purchase requisitions in a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and basic sourcing experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Close Inventory JOBS on a weekly basis initiated by Finance.
Coordinate missing PO details for consumable delivery orders before handing over to Receiving Department for receipts.
Sourcing for shopfloor consumables and other office suppliers
Issuance of inventory and non-inventory PO and printing of JOBS.
Maintenance of PO due dates on non-inventory Purchase Orders
Maintenance of Planning/Purchasing Parameters based on given instructions.
Stationery, Pantry and Safety PPE inventory management and purchase.
Entry of E-Tracking on Government Chemical and Waste Disposal.
Initiate purchase requisition for cylindrical gas and the water dispenser.
Liaise with suppliers on waste disposal or suction, water dispenser maintenance and ensure supplies of cylindrical gas.
General admin duties
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Min. 1-year administrative experience and basic sourcing/ purchasing capabilities.
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication & interpersonal skill
Good organization skill and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
Accurate in data entry
Education Requirements:
GCE “O” Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent
