ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
- Manage schedules and deadlines effectively.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning.
- Ensure operations adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated with organizational changes and business developments.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility meeting environmental, health, and security standards.
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is properly maintained.
- Collaborate with accounting and management to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and expenses.
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Organize and maintain information using computers and filing systems.
- Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals.
- Engage in educational opportunities to expand skills.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in related fields such as management or financial reporting is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and resource management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with budget planning, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing education to build skills.
- Excellent administrative writing and reporting skills.
- Availability to work within opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
