A local engineering company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support, perform data entry for resource deployment, and manage various company documents. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office applications and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities also include manning the helpdesk and liaising with vendors for information.
Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry for resource deployment on various projects
· Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation
· Manning of Company’s administration (key register list, store inventory list, insurance list, inventory list, equipment list, vehicle list etc)
· Manning of helpdesk phone
· Liaising or sourcing of vendors or suppliers for information
· Handling of Safety & ISO documentation
· Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned
Requirements:
· Proficient in MS office applications
· Minimum 2 years relevant experience
