A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support training logistics and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in training-related matters.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and preparing documents etc.

· Respond to phone calls and emails

· Provide support in training logistics such as registrations, invoicing, scheduling, creating attendance, notify client on confirmation of the training registration

· Managing data in spreadsheets & reports

· Performing other relevant duties when needed

Requirements

● At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in training related matters

● Able to work in fast-paced and challenging environment

● Possess with a good customer service skill.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and Word.

● Location is at 45 Sungei Kadut Loop
