  • Experience in handling office equipment maintenance and repairs.

We are looking for a self-reliant and ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will take charge of all administrative matters across APAC.

What you will do :
  • Be in charge of all administrative matters across the APAC offices
  • Execute office events
  • Handle business trips matters
  • Manage office inventory, staff lists, expenses and other ad hoc matters
  • In charge of maintenance & repairs of office equipment
  • Support in on-boarding & off-boarding
  • Collaboration with other teams to support on administrative matters
  • Ownership of gifting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Team buildings (onsite, offsite and virtual activities)
  • In-charge of leave and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate Training sessions
Requirements :
  • At least 1 to 2 years of administrative or office management experience
  • Strong communication skills; Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage, so as to perform administrative tasks for offices within Greater China Region (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China), when required
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Team player with a positive attitude
