Job description
Job Duties & Responsibilities
:
Issue Delivery Order and AR Invoices.
Receive, sort, and verify AR Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Blanket Orders.
Greet and provide general support to visitors.
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
Answering and directing phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources.
Alerting Sales Reps to any urgent issues. Update Sales Reps on incoming order status and assist on Urgent Quotation as necessary.
Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Perform Stock Take for financial year.
Support the Manager with daily clerical tasks.
Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
:
Min “O” Level or Diploma in any field.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and associates.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc); experience with SAP is an advantage.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to start work as soon as possible.

5 days working: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Company provided transport from Boon Lay MRT to office
