A leading company in Singapore is looking for an administrative professional with responsibility for recruitment processes, work permit management, and accommodation of workers. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including coordinating events and maintaining necessary office supplies.
Job Description:
· General administrative duties
· Recruitment processes including pick up workers from airport and onboard centre.
· Work permit application, renewal and cancellation.
· Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory arrangement and attend to worker enquiry.
· Handle workers’ time sheet.
· Arrange and update employees' course and training records
· Government license application and renewal.
· Office equipment maintenance, pantry supplies & Order.
· Company event co-ordination
· Responsible for booking of air-ticket.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
· Be able to work over time.
