Manage professional and personal scheduling for senior directors, including agendas, email, client management, and other company logistics.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
Provide administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Assist the Senior Leader in preparing for meetings by organizing materials, booking venues, etc.
Conduct data collection and analysis, and prepare reports and presentation slides.
Organize engagement events by coordinating schedules and overseeing logistical arrangements.
Review and ensure timely processing of documents requiring the Senior Leader's approval.
Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and photocopying of tender documents.
Prepare and submit expense claims.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
Provide administrative support to a team.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outlook experience also preferred.
Duties will include calendaring, scheduling, email, phone work, travel & expenses, and other clerical tasks. PC skills a must, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to prioritize work and project a professional manner.
