A leading company in the electrical engineering sector seeks a skilled Project Administrator to support project teams and manage documentation. This role requires a degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the construction industry, along with strong multitasking and organizational skills. The successful candidate will contribute to project success by overseeing documentation, managing reports, and collaborating effectively within teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for generating project progress reports and compiling data/statistics.
· Provide general administrative support to the project team.
· Assist the Project Manager in determining quantities for variations and progress claims.
· Support the project team with site clearance applications and preparation.
· Responsible for the consolidation of project documentation (worker lists, MOS, risk assessments, OMM, catalogues, drawings, training materials, etc.).
· Manage personnel registration input into "Hubble Portal" for eligible ERCS/vendor personnel.
· Monitor and report weekly on discrepancies between project/T&C trackers and Main Contractor uploads in Procore (Material Submissions, Shop Drawings, MOS, etc.).
· Maintain the project filing system.
· Responsible for drafting, editing, and compiling project progress reports.
· Oversee project document control.
· Handle other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree or Equivalent Certificates
· Min 3 to 5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
· Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting project managers and engineers.
· Positive work attitude, proactive and approachable
· Willing to station at project sites.
