Job description

  • Support daily office operations by managing purchases, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative tasks.

  • Provide support across business functions to ensure a smooth workflow.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Monitor office daily operations and track office supply inventory.

  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies.

  • Prepare, process, and track invoices and statements.

  • Maintain and organize files, databases, and job records.

  • Dispatch completed reports and handle correspondence.

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support.

  • Assist with inquiries, calls, and office coordination.

  • Liaise with affiliates, procurement & finance on purchases, deliveries, receiving, invoicing, and payment matters.

  • Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

NITEC or equivalent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • High level of proficiency in written and verbal English.

  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in administrative work.

  • Demonstrate a reasonable standard of both oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Willing to learn.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management, affiliates, suppliers, and clients.

  • Highly organized and flexible.

  • Ability to coordinate and work as a team towards common goals.

  • Demonstrates judgment and adherence to SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
