General clerical duties include:

  1. Filing, data entry, customer documentation management, procedures, E-claims
  2. Customer visits management:
  • Room booking, room setup with drinks, snacks, lab coat, ESD shoes, etc.
  • Lunch arrangement
  • Customer visit badge
  • Maintaining on-site customer room cleanliness during lap coat changes and addressing adhoc customer needs on site
  • Ordering, maintaining, recording, and tracking customer gifts inventory, drinks, and snacks
  • Ordering, maintaining, recording, and tracking departmental usage items like ESD shoes, stationery, etc.
  • Carrying out and supporting program or adhoc activities as assigned:
    • This includes contacting customers for PO, invoice, RMA arrangements, etc.
  • Managing shipment arrangements to assign to customer accounts
  • Preparing program reports for management, clients, or others:
    • Perform routine reports with frequencies such as daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
  • Contributing to workplace safety and health improvement for employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation in EHS programs
  • Participating in and adhering to the Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policies, programs, and procedures
