We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support daily office operations and ensure smooth and efficient workplace functions. This dynamic role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including office management, travel coordination, data reporting, and cross-team administrative support. As a central point of contact within the organization, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting company events, and contributing to a positive and organized work environment. 1.Visitor Reception & Meeting Coordination

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally.

  • Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate logistics for office meetings.

2.General Office Administration

  • Oversee office and equipment maintenance.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries.

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Coordinate procurement of employee equipment.

3.Expense and Travel Documentation

  • Prepare payment requests and applications.

  • Maintain accurate travel records.

4.Travel Arrangements

  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flight/hotel bookings, visa application.

  • Handle visa applications and transport arrangements.

5.Data Management and Analysis

  • Regularly update and analyze travel logs, credit card logs, and petty cash records.

6.Event and Activity Support

  • Plan and support company or team events and activities.

7.Ad Hoc Assignments

  • Perform temporary tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
