Job description

Job Descriptions :

To work in an Employment Agency and perform the following major duties:

  • Work Pass Transactions: Handle all online transactions related to work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and status checks via the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) systems.
  • Resume Preparation: Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of candidate resumes to meet employer requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and matters related to recruitment services.
  • Documentation: Manage all relevant documents, including consent and authorization letters, employment contracts, IPA letters, and any other related paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out other assigned administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, responding to inquiries, and providing support for day-to-day agency operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A-Level qualification
  • Able to read and understand Chinese (for handling relevant documents)
  • CEI Certificate (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) required
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh applicants are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • 1–2 years of administrative or clerical work experience
