Job summary

A leading education consultancy is looking for a dedicated consultant in Singapore. The role involves providing before and after-sales service, managing client relationships, and guiding students through the application process. Candidates should have a diploma/degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be bilingual in English and Chinese. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in the private education or educational agency sector will be an advantage.
  • Possess an outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide before and after-sales consultation and service regarding courses and programs.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with clients.

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and partners.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively provide before and after-sales consultation and service with detailed information about courses and programs, including their content and requirements.
  • Schedule meetings, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
  • Handle all education-related application processes.
  • Identify, build, and manage good relationships with institutions, students, clients, and partners.
  • Handle after-sales service and resolve any client concerns or requests.
  • Maintain regular communication and responsible for providing guidance and support to students before and after enrolment.
  • Be constantly updated on the latest news and policies related to education in Southeast Asia countries, especially Singapore.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an equivalent Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in the private education or educational agency sector will be an advantage.
