Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Requirements
For easier communication with our clients, we prefer candidates who can communicate and understand 3 languages: CHINESE, MALAY, and ENGLISH. *MUST be fluent in ENGLISH and CHINESE.
Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Resident. *Able to start IMMEDIATELY on 1st April 2025.
