A leading Chemical MNC in Loyang is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement activities. This permanent role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with transport provided from Tampines MRT. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of HR practices and local employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes – from job posting to interview scheduling and onboarding.
Manage onboarding/offboarding activities, confirmation tracking, and performance review coordination.
Draft HR documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and confirmation notices.
Support monthly payroll, manage staff benefits, and maintain accurate employee records.
Oversee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
Administer annual insurance renewals and employee claims.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, corporate events, and welfare programs.
Coordinate training programs, manage course registration, grants, and budget tracking.
Handle MOM surveys and HR-related reporting requirements.
Maintain and update the HRIS system and generate regular HR reports.
Process invoices from HR vendors and contribute to HR-related projects.
️ Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office service providers, including procurement, contracts, and renewals.
Oversee company car lease administration, tenancy agreements, and season parking.
Arrange domestic and overseas travel itineraries for staff and visitors.
Coordinate office systems including phone access, keys, IT support, and corporate memberships.
Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirement:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR with exposure to office administration.
Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Copilot tools is a plus.
Independent, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
