Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Corporate Support Officerto join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the corporate functions of the company. This is an ideal position for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and support duties with professionalism and discretion.
· Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, documentation, and scheduling.
· Manage correspondence, prepare official letters, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
· Maintain an organised filing system (both electronic and physical) for corporate documents.
· Handle travel and meeting arrangements, including preparing meeting materials.
2. Corporate Compliance & Documentation· Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory filings and corporate documents (e.g., ACRA updates, board resolutions, contracts).
· Maintain up-to-date records of business registrations, licenses, insurance, and contracts.
· Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
3. HR & Staff Support· Support basic HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking, staff documentation, and payroll coordination.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee records and ensure timely updates.
4. Finance & Procurement Support· Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
· Liaise with vendors and suppliers; source quotations and ensure procurement compliance.
· Coordinate with accounts department for timely payments and reporting.
5. IT & Facilities Coordination· Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, equipment servicing, and IT support requests.
· Act as liaison between staff and external service providers or contractors.
6. Event & Project Support· Assist in planning and executing internal corporate events, trainings, or team-building sessions.
· Provide logistics and administrative support to ad-hoc company projects.
Requirements:· Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
· 2 years of relevant administrative or corporate support experience.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
