We're Hiring: Administrative Analyst – Investments (Family Office | Singapore)

Our client, a reputable family office in the investment management space, is looking for a Administrative Analyst to join their investment team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build a strong foundation in multi-asset class investing, portfolio operations, and treasury management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support monthly treasury reporting, including cash flow analysis and liquidity tracking across entities.
  • Maintain and update investment data, including portfolio holdings, capital calls, distributions, and valuations.
  • Coordinate with banks, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate records.
  • Assist with investment committee preparation, including formatting minutes, compiling due diligence materials, and supporting proposal development.
  • Handle bank account documentation and administration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Some relevant experience in investment operations, private banking, corporate finance, or asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Discretion, reliability, and a high degree of integrity when handling confidential information.
