A leading company in the shipping industry is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage financial processes. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, support payroll, and ensure accurate financial records. This role offers opportunities for career growth in a supportive work environment.

Working hours: [9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays]
Location: 8 mins walk from nearest MRT Station
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses.
Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Provide administrative support, including document management and office coordination.
Liaise with customers and vendors as required.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Key Requirements:
Formal education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
Proven experience in an accounting (AR, AP) or administrative role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
