Job summary

A leading technology services firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ServiceNow, with strong customer relationship skills. Responsibilities include reporting, documentation review, and User Access Management. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure Support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Sound understanding of ITIL Foundation; ITIL certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with Engineers and Security Officers.
  • Review and re-baseline process documents and technical standards.
  • Coordinate administrative matters related to the project.
  • Process and resolve SRs through ServiceNow as per agreed SLAs.
  • Perform User Access Management tasks.
  • Execute common administrative tasks as defined.

Overview

Responsibilities


  • To prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual reports and conduct reviews of the report together with Engineers, TS Lead and Security Officers

  • To work with respective Team Leads, SDM and Security officers to review and re-baseline all the process documents, hardening standards, technical standards and other documentation maintained by the agency

  • Coordinate with the agency admin on any other administrative matters which is applicable to the project (ie. Staff movement, Submission of Security Clearance and Staff Exit Clearance).

  • Process and resolve standard SRs through the designated ITSM system (ServiceNow) in accordance with the agreed SLA’s

  • Perform User Access Management (UAM) which mainly includes the following (Provisioning/Deprovisioning/updating) of user accounts

  • Execute common administrative tasks as defined and required by the agency


Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure Support

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (client), IT Service Management System (ServiceNow)

  • Sound understanding of ITIL Foundation, ITIL certification is a strong advantage

  • Good customer relationship management experience

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

  • Degree / Diploma in a relevant field
