About The Role

The Administration & Programme Executive will provide support for the successful delivery of the creative arts therapy programme to enhance mental wellbeing of the vulnerable community. The role requires effective coordination of the programme’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies, including oversight of any risks and issues arising. This role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and developing the programme environment to support each individual within it.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, accounting, and operational logistics support to ensure the effective running of its missions.
  • Assist with preparations of presentations, programme feedback reports, funding acquittals, follow-ups with development of partnerships with organisations and creative arts therapists.
  • Collate and prepare finance issues, budget, and mission reports.
  • Assist with procurements, facility management, and donations-in-kind.
  • Compile and organize spreadsheets of all programs and sponsorship request files.
  • Any other matters necessary to support the team work towards the wellbeing of the organisation.

* Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Strong organisational, administrative skills, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

* High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
