Job Description:
Procurement
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Execute procurement activities and submissions for optimal Procure-to-Pay (P2P) outcomes.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Conduct market research and engage suppliers with stakeholders.
  • Guide evaluation committees and prepare recommendation reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve procurement needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to department associates.
Office Administration
  • Manage general office supplies and services.
  • Prepare departmental reports and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate issuance of onboarding equipment and items.
  • Maintain supplier relationships.
Facilities Management
  • Coordinate with subcontracted FM teams for facility-related needs.
  • Review service reports and completed works.
  • Conduct quarterly progress meetings with FM teams.
Information Technology
  • Provide administrative support for IT infrastructure and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in managing IT-related projects and communications.
Other Duties
  • Contribute to process improvements and departmental projects.

Requirement

  • Min. Degree preferably in the area of Supply Chain Management
  • Min 3 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Experience of working in both public and private sectors with good understanding of procurement process will be an added advantage
