Job description:

Responsibilities
  • Maintain keypress file-based vouchers and key return/issue slips
  • Seek waivers after billing
  • Administer test drive vehicle movements
  • Perform assessment of accident repairs via VACS
  • Update and track courtesy vehicle movements
  • Handle general administrative duties related to Fleet Management e,g echo sign for invoices
  • Manage vehicle registration and deregistration
  • Process deferments for vehicle inspection and road tax renewal
  • Prepare weekly Withdrawal/Termination reports
  • Raise system entries for eSVP, PR, RFI, RCN, and ACO
Qualifications & Work Experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Microsft Office / Computer Literacy
  • Good communicaton skills

Qualifications/Certifications Required

  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or Equivalent
