Borr Drilling seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage project scheduling, cost estimation, and sales documentation. Sales Operations Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
1.To Make project Schedule and Project cost estimation.
2.To make quotations for sales orders and progrss claim invoices
3.To Keep an organized file system of sales documents, quotations and procurement details.
4 To Monitor project costing and cordinate with project team and Management.
5 To procure materials and tools for projects.
6 To inspect and monitor the project quality and and when required.
7.To Set appointments and maintain a calendar for the project Team.
Sales Operations Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor, Diploma or Master degree if any with Strong organizational skills.
2. Computer proficiency
3. Administrative or secretarial experience
