Our firm specializes in International Students Recruitment, having recruited over 500 international students annually from overseas to study in various schools in Singapore.
Job Description
The candidate will handle a wide range of tasks including sales and marketing, academic program management, and administration.
Academic Programme Management
- Manage various academic programmes from kindergarten to Doctoral levels, including logistics of module registration, timetabling, internships, study awards, and financial administration.
- Provide academic and administrative support to students.
- Coordinate student orientations and enrollment processes; organize engagement sessions.
- Review and adjust marketing plans, response rates, and KPIs against project milestones.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop online multimedia marketing campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
- Work with local schools and overseas education agencies to create marketing strategies.
- Oversee social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand recognition.
- Partner with local schools to implement comprehensive business plans.
- Conduct market research on student recruitment channels.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand revenue.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in pitching and prepare materials such as proposals and capability statements.
- Manage projects effectively.
- Serve as the regional contact for corporate communications and strategy.
- Lead activities related to press releases, websites, articles, presentations, social media, and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; knowledge of online conference and event marketing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage and develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of live video streaming platforms and analytical tools like Douyin & Tiktok; familiarity with KOLs or online influencers in the overseas education sector preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for online communication with overseas partners and customers, including contract generation.
- Ability to handle online business inquiries via mobile apps outside office hours.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, with possible overtime during peak seasons, including nights and Sundays.
