A leading company in the engineering sector is seeking an administrative assistant to handle logistics and documentation related to AFE deliveries. The candidate should have at least a GEC O-level qualification or a diploma in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for tracking deliveries and managing documentation.
Responsibilities:
Check and count physical quantity of incoming AFE deliveries in warehouse
Key in excel sheet on incoming AFE deliveries, assist in keeping track and monitoring shortages
Track and key in SNCA and monitor all AFE SNCA including tracking of return items
Assist in documentation and filing, keeping track and updating of folio sheets
Tracking and keying of patents cost
Assist in preparing documentation for billing
Assist in preparing proposal to customers.
Assist in preparing certificate of completion, delivery note and tracking payment under proposal and contract
Assist in doing new BG/BG reduction under contract.
Requirements:
Minimum GEC O-level with a few years of working experience in administrative or engineering-related role
Or Diploma in related field with or without prior working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word
