A leading Montessori pre-school in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administration Executive to enhance administrative functions across their schools. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing communications, and overseeing various projects to improve efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Administration Executive to support the Administration function across our schools. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision. The Administration Executive reports directly to the Balmoral Crescent Principal. This role is broad in scope and requires flexibility and adaptability to be able to support the day-to-day operations and administration of the Balmoral Crescent campus.
