Job description

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Administration Executive to support the Administration function across our schools. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision. The Administration Executive reports directly to the Balmoral Crescent Principal. This role is broad in scope and requires flexibility and adaptability to be able to support the day-to-day operations and administration of the Balmoral Crescent campus.

Responsibilities

Include the following, but not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service in liaising with parents, handling parent communications.
  • Support various administrative tasks and projects, school operational management, procurement.
  • Assist with the enrolment and withdrawal procedures for students at the Balmoral Crescent campus.
  • Drive forward system and procedural changes for administrative tasks to generate further automation and efficiencies.
  • Support the Balmoral Crescent team with the daily arrival and departure of students.
  • Coordinate with and oversee external contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contracts.
  • Manage the daily operational aspects of the Balmoral Crescent campus, including scheduling and coordinating school events, and ensuring that all operational processes are running efficiently.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including school operations management, campus procurement, and ensuring that office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Balmoral Crescent Principal or Senior Leadership.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a relevant role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Expertise with using the Microsoft suite as well as other IT systems
  • Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Good team player with proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in education and love for children. Experience in Early Childhood Education or in the Educator Sector will be an advantage
  • A degree in related fields would be viewed favourably
