- Handle customer enquiries via emails and telecommunications.

- Perform accurate data entry for daily transmission to insurance companies.
- Handle customer enquiries via emails and telecommunications.
- Provide quotations for new cases and assist with renewals.
- Ensure all work processes are documented in the relevant systems from start to finish.
- Maintain timely filing and data entry into respective systems.

- Cozy and conducive work environment.
- Work location: Central Eastern part of Singapore.
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
