Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the management team in processing customers’ requests related to various insurance products.
  2. Perform accurate data entry for daily transmission to insurance companies.
  3. Handle customer enquiries via emails and telecommunications.
  4. Provide quotations for new cases and assist with renewals.
  5. Ensure all work processes are documented in the relevant systems from start to finish.
  6. Maintain timely filing and data entry into respective systems.

  • Cozy and conducive work environment.
  • Work location: Central Eastern part of Singapore.
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
