A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support staff to provide secretarial assistance to the Director of Hospital Operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within healthcare, and be proficient in MS Office applications. The position offers a 5-day workweek and generous leave benefits.
Provide secretarial support to the Director of Hospital Operations, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing presentation slides, and taking minutes.
Provide administrative support to other departments under the division, including filing, consolidating of monthly reports, and handling tasks assigned by management.
Order, track, and replenish office supplies.
Managing HO budget.
Maintain contracts and HO Assets.
Handle meeting room and facility bookings for internal and external use.
Coordination with other HO departments.
Support general office operations and assist with ad hoc projects and tasks assigned.
Diploma / Higher Nitec / Certificate in Office Admin or related field.
At least 3 years of admin experience, preferably in healthcare
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Meticulous and organized.
Possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload.
A strong team player.
Able to work independently.
Working hour
5 days’ workweek (Monday to Friday).
