About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office functions. You will play a key part in supporting administrative processes, maintaining records, coordinating internal communications, and assisting with general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
  • Maintain and organise filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
  • Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for replenishments
  • Support HR or finance-related tasks such as leave tracking or invoice processing (as needed)
  • Ensure a tidy and well-maintained office environment
  • Assist in the coordination of internal events and staff activities
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative support or office coordination is preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
