A company in Singapore seeks an experienced administrative professional to manage compliance documentation and provide administrative support across departments. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and at least a Diploma in Business Administration. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and organizational abilities are essential.
Key responsibilities:
Submission and responsibility of compliance documentation to government regulators/applications and renewal for various regions.
Provide full spectrum of administrative support to various departments.
Recording, management and distribution of minutes.
Contract and customer agreement management.
Travel arrangements for various team members
Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records
Ad hoc duties and other office support duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a related field
Key Skills and Abilities:
