Location: 17 Tuas View Loop, Singapore 637683

Transport pick up at Woodlands, Pioneer, Clementi and Jurong. Drop off: Joo Koon.

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Working hours: 5 days work week, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Salary: 1.8k

Job Scope
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and job-related parts, ensuring timely availability.
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and printing.
