Job description

(a) Coordinate admin for workshops and events eg. registration, venue bookings, catering requirements, set-up.

(b)Prepare materials for events and workshops and ensure materials are sent to facilitators, clients.

(c) Assist Accounts Dept in creation and checking of invoices, quotations.

(d) Perform clerical functions such as answering and directing phone calls, provide information by answering questions and requests, filing system

(e) Take care of staff welfare matters - pantry, office hygiene

(f) Welcome visitors and clients to office and ensure they are taken care of properly

(g) Conduct research to support various departments.

(h) Display high adaptability in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional phone/ social media etiquette.
