Provide frontline customer service, answer phone calls, handle enquiries from parents and general public, attend to walk-ins and provide basic first-aid to students
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting, photocopying and shredding documents
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.
Qualifications & Skills
Full GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level certificate or its equivalent
With at least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in school environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties, preferably in school environment
Good team player with high level of initiative
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Note: Working hours may be changed based on needs. However, the number of working hours per week will remain the same.
