Job description

Open to fresh grad and diploma candidates. We will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require our sponsorship of a visa.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin Support professional to assist in administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role supports internal coordination, vendor engagement, document management, and fund operations support.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide on-site administrative support, including meeting logistics, supplies management, and vendor coordination.

· Assist with digital and physical document control, internal recordkeeping, and coordination with third party service providers.

· Manage office letterbox and coordinate courier dispatch.

· Support compliance tasks such as audit preparation, periodic KYC reviews, tracking regulatory filing deadlines, and registers maintenance.

· Coordinate and support bank & brokerage account openings.

· Liaise with corporate service providers to facilitate payment instructions and changes in corporate structures (e.g.: change of Director, Corpsec)

· Coordinate and track the signing process of documents to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 1 year of office administrative experience in a corporate or financial setting preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic familiarity with compliance or fund operations support will be an advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Able to work independently and manage tasks with attention to detail.
