Job summary

A Singapore-based marketing firm is seeking an Administrative and Social Media Marketing Assistant to manage office administration and create engaging content for social media platforms. Candidates should have proven experience in administration and social media marketing, a good command of English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools. This role offers working hours from Monday to Saturday and a salary based on experience along with a performance bonus.

Job description

Key Responsibilities
Administrative

  • Handle general office administration, filing, and data entry.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and coordinate schedules while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Support management in daily operations.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Track social media performance and prepare simple analytics reports.
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration and/or social media marketing.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic graphic design tools (Canva, etc.).
  • Familiar with Facebook/Instagram Ads will be an advantage.
  • Organized, creative, and able to work independently.

Other Details:

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)

Salary based on experience + Performance Bonus
