Company Overview:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our product and marketing operations. This role will need to oversee the daily operations of the department, handle incoming enquiries and so on.

Job Details:

  • Location: Ang Mo Kio (With company transport at Jurong East, AMK, Tampines MRT)

  • Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to product inquiries and assist in product ordering.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team in order to ensure the accuracy of the poster

  • Maintain and update master price lists and product article statuses.

  • Verify supplier invoices and coordinate timely payments with the Finance team.

  • Review marketing collaterals for accuracy and oversee production timelines.

  • Liaise with external vendors such as printers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Contribute to developing and refining internal SOPs for efficiency and operational effectiveness.

  • Support various internal teams to align with strategic business goals.

  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the manager.


Job Requirements:

  • With relevant working experiences (customer services, procurement) is an added advantages
