Job Summary:- Looking for candidates available to work:
- Monday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
- Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
- Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
- Thursday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
- Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
- Expected salary: $1,800 - $3,000 per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of HR operations and leave administration.
- Assist in recruitment, from job posting to scheduling interviews.
- Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage dormitory matters, including contract renewals, room cleanliness, and worker check-ins/outs.
- Ensure foreign workers' safety training is current and facilitate certification upgrades.
- Apply for and renew work passes, including pre-housing checks, flight bookings, and bond security.
- Manage workers' payroll operations.
- Answer calls and handle all administrative and organizational work.
- General office administration such as overseeing cleaning activities, managing calls/mail, and hosting visitors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration.
- Working experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
