A technology firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel. The role involves coordinating with departments and vendors, tracking device returns, preparing documents, and managing billing-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a Professional Certificate or Diploma and have at least one year of relevant experience.
Job Scope
· Data Entry & General Administrative support
· Coordinating and liaising with different departments and external vendors
· Ensuring smooth transition in the operations
· Coordinating with the vendor to ensure space available during delivery
· Tracking of devices return
· Preparing and printing of document for the operation
· Verify and archive documentations for projects inbound and outbound operations
· Doing daily/weekly audit check
· Involved in billing related matters
· Assist in collating sales orders, issuance of invoices, accounts maintenance, etc.
· Maintain and retrieve documents from filing system
· Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties
Job Requirement
· At least Professional Certificate or Diploma in any relevant field
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related role
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Sound verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as a team player
