Job summary

An established landscape company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Admin/Operations Support to enhance daily business operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in scheduling, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating field activities, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, along with strong communication and multitasking abilities. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative or operations experience preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare daily work schedules for private houses, condos and project sites
  • Handle customer service, including answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing and document control
  • Manage dormitory check-in and check-out for workers
  • Oversee renewal of bizSAFE and LCR certifications
  • Prepare quotations for clients as required
  • Update and maintain HR records (staff particulars, leave records etc.)
  • Coordinate with drivers and field teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
