Responsibilities
  1. Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate sales data for insurance applications.
  2. Client Support: Use CRM and ERP systems to manage client data and follow up on underwriting requirements.
  3. Process Improvement: Help enhance systems and workflows to streamline operations.
  4. Campaign Support: Collaborate on launching, tracking, and fulfilling sales campaigns.
  5. Documentation: Maintain insurance product library, Fact Find Form, and Rebate Calculator.
  6. Quality Assurance: Approve applications ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist with case management, documentation, and ad-hoc projects.
