Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Operations Executive to oversee daily administrative functions, manage third-party vendors, support regional projects, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role involves coordination across internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal teams to complete Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics at regional and country levels.
  • Address deviations from performance targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support and co-lead assigned regional projects, including service delivery model updates and new process implementations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
  • Oversee daily operations of third-party vendors and manage service level expectations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for vendor-related concerns.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, including performance metrics and invoicing accuracy.
  • Assist in monthly expense reconciliation, variance analysis, and accrual reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the relevant teams for execution.
