Operations Executive
Job Description
Handling administrative matters related to daily operations and business development are some duties expected of an Operations Executive. This individual also has a say in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and compensation. Preparing reports for management review is part of the job scope. Miscellaneous duties include managing cleaning resources and ensuring replenishment as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily on-site operations
- Assist in planning manpower for operations
- Implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance
- Place orders to maintain stock levels
- Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices
- Provide guidance on training issues as required
- Supply resources to service sites
Requirements
- Post-secondary non-tertiary or vocational certificate in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
