Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data entry for submission of documents
  2. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of sales data
  3. Recording figures and updating progress of insurance applications
  4. Managing client data by using CRM and ERP systems
  5. Following up and supporting in clearance of outstanding underwriting requirements
  6. Approving applications according to internal and external processes and systems
  7. Follow up closely with advisers on outstanding requirements and clarification if needed
  8. Supporting any administration needs of the department in case management and documentation
  9. Maintaining insurance product library, Fact Find Form and Commission Rebate Calculator
  10. Involved in sales campaigns and liaise with the various stakeholders to ensure that these campaigns are successfully launched, tracked and fulfilled
  11. Involved in the improvements and enhancements of existing systems and processes
  12. Maintaining and updating department processes and workflows
  13. Assisting in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned

Key Experience:

  1. Competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Mainly Excel)
  2. Good knowledge of insurance fundamentals
  3. Meticulous and attentive to details
  4. Self-driven and pro-active to work independently
  5. Highly adaptable to dynamic work environment and embrace new changes
  6. Ability to work under tight timeline
  7. High level of integrity and takes accountability of work

Education:

  1. Preferably a Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  2. Having experience in insurance fields is an advantage
