Job Summary

This role is primarily focused on data entry and documentation, ensuring smooth running of day to day operations which includes the generation of sales orders, invoices, delivery notes, credit/debit notes, and other transactional paperwork. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices & delivery orders for the company daily.
  • Accurately input customer, product, and transaction data into SAP system.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and sales teams.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales operations.
  • Assist in general office administration such as stationery management, filing, courier coordination, and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. warehouse, sales, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
