Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate sales data, ensuring reliability of information for insurance applications.
Client Support: Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage client data and follow up on outstanding underwriting requirements.
Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing existing systems and workflows, helping to streamline operations.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with various stakeholders to successfully launch, track, and fulfill sales campaigns.
Documentation: Maintain insurance product library, Fact Find Form, and Commission Rebate Calculator.
Quality Assurance: Approve applications according to internal and external processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Administrative Support: Assist with case management, documentation, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Tech-Savvy Professional: Competent with Microsoft Office Applications and eager to learn new systems.
Insurance Knowledge: Good understanding of insurance fundamentals to support operations effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Integrity: High level of professional ethics and accountability in all aspects of work.
Educational Background: Preferably holding a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
