The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC manufacturing company specializing in automotive wiring and components, and they are seeking an Operation Coordinator (Invoice, Shipping) to join their team.

The role involves handling data entry, managing large volumes of data meticulously, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on invoice and shipping documents. Proficiency in Excel (vlookup and pivot table) is required.

  • Permanent, Full-time position
  • Location: Central region, near Labrador Park
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary package: Basic + Transport Reimbursement + AWS
The Job:
  • Prepare shipping documents efficiently, timely, and accurately.
  • Notify and dispatch shipping documents to customers and logistics providers promptly.
  • Check and process freight billing from logistics providers.
  • Maintain payment processes to suppliers and handle insurance applications.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
The Talent:
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookup and pivot table)
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in any field
  • Comfortable with data entry and managing large data volumes
